"all was chaos, that is, earth, air, water, and fire were mixed together; and out of that bulk a mass formed – just as cheese is made out of milk – and worms appeared in it, and these were the angels"

"Vielleicht bildet sich einmal das Phänomen der Seelenwanderung zwischen verschiedenen virtuellen Welten heraus. Man lebt 40 Jahre in einer Siedlerwelt auf dem Planeten Xenotopia, stirbt dann dort einen realistischen Tod und wird dann als intelligenter Kraken in der skurrilen submarinen Traumwelt Hypotopia geboren."
"
Man searches for perfect harmony with nature. Nature and technology should complement each other like jin and jang, black and white. A perfect example is a lemon filled with lemon cream, as perfect as a melon filled with melon cream. Nature made lemon, man made cream, not
oppressing, but complementing nature."

"consciousness as a ‘transcendental field’ that “can be distinguished from experience in that it doesn’t refer to an object or belong to a subject”. In itself this transcendental field is nothing more than a “pure plane of immanence” that is constituted as a transcendental field by the production of the transcendent entity that is ‘consciousness’. The pure plane of immanence – the great ocean of becoming – cares nothing for consciousness and only becomes a ‘transcendental field’ when it produces consciousness as an effect. Beneath all the currents of thought is the ocean from which they arise and into which they fall back, an ocean of becoming that has no concern with anything other than its own becoming. Consciousness in effect becomes a sort of self-defeating capacity when it is used to fulfil life; it is a detour, which we must consciously step back from. We, of course, have in principle no ability to know beforehand quite where or how this might be carried out – hence the need to employ an experimental approach."

..the category of stones. Wilkins divides them into common (silica, gravel, schist), modics (marble, amber, coral), precious (pearl, opal), transparent (amethyst, sapphire) and insolubles (chalk, arsenic). Almost as surprising as the eighth, is the ninth category. This one reveals to us that metals can be imperfect (cinnabar, mercury), artificial (bronze, brass), recremental (filings, rust) and natural (gold, tin, copper). Beauty belongs to the sixteenth category; it is a living brood fish, an oblong one.

These ambiguities, redundancies and deficiencies remind us of those which doctor Franz Kuhn attributes to a certain Chinese encyclopaedia entitled 'Celestial Empire of benevolent Knowledge'. In its remote pages it is written that the animals are divided into: (a) belonging to the emperor, (b) embalmed, (c) tame, (d) sucking pigs, (e) sirens, (f) fabulous, (g) stray dogs, (h) included in the present classification, (i) frenzied, (j) innumerable, (k) drawn with a very fine camelhair brush, (l) et cetera, (m) having just broken the water pitcher, (n) that from a long way off look like flies.

a short film by Richard Hardy

Kant as an abstract machine, from G. Deleuze and F. Guattari: What is Philosophy

(number one- "I think"as an oxhead wired for sound, constantly repeating Self=Self,

number five and four and three- first, the moving wheel of the schemata, then the shallow stream of Time as form of interiority(in which the weel of the schemata plunges), around it is space, as a form of exteriority, as the banks and beds of the stream of Time.

                                                       Overview of the Jolly Nest.

"The JAR is on a rocky high mountain peak, below the peak is A CITY made of solid gold, pebble stone, marble, eclectic-postmodernist architecture, imitations of medieval bastions, wrought iron gazebos, lion heads, cornice, gold plates, etc as decoration, a collage of history, tastes, ideologies. The jar on the slightly crooked mountain peak dribbles THE GOLDEN TRANSPARENT MANNA right into a throbbing fountain on the city square below.

The whole city is inside a golden bird's nest, and the nest slowly rotates."

"need, suffering, idleness- unknown to the citizens. through the jar on the mountain top, the noble spiritual energy of the arts is converted into the manna the city feeds on"
